An investment banking firm is the latest tenant to sign a lease for office space at 16M, a 10-story mixed-use building at 16th and Market streets in Lower Downtown Denver.
D.A. Davidson & Co. signed a more-than-10-year lease for approximately 25,000 square feet of office space on the third floor of the building, which is scheduled for delivery in July. Michael Palmer of Quantum Commercial Group Inc. and Solveig Lawrence of Howard Ecker & Co. represented the tenant.
